This website is operated by REFINED Men's Hair Salon, based at Chase Golf & Country Club, Pottal Pool Road, Penkridge, Staffordshire ST19 5RN. It provides information about our services, prices and how to book.

All appointments are made and managed through Booksy, our third-party booking platform. When you book, you do so under Booksy's own terms and conditions, which govern the booking process itself — including payments, cancellations and rescheduling. Please read Booksy's terms when creating a booking.

Prices shown on this website are correct at the time of publishing but may change; the price confirmed at the time of your Booksy booking is the price you pay.

Clients must be 12 years of age or older. We may ask for proof of age. Bookings for clients under 12 will be declined and the appointment cannot go ahead.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

• misuse the site or interfere with how it works;
• submit false or misleading information through any form;
• copy or reuse the site's content, branding or imagery without permission.

We take pride in our work and want every client to leave happy. If something isn't right with your cut or service, tell us — ideally before you leave the chair — and we'll do our best to put it right. We reserve the right to decline or refuse service where reasonable, for example where a client is abusive or where a requested service isn't suitable.

The REFINED name, logo, branding, photography and website content belong to REFINED Men's Hair Salon. You may not use them without our written permission.

We work hard to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies.
